lack Swamp Local Food and Farm Coop will be holding an informational meeting on July 12, 2011 at 7 PM for Producers of Local Foods in Northwest Ohio who are looking for additional online marketing opportunities in the 6-county area. The meeting will be held at:

At this time organizational efforts are focused towards signing on Producers of Local Foods. However, inquiries by consumers are welcome and information will be forwarded as we organize producers. A website is under construction and will soon be operational. Additional updates will be forthcoming in the next few months.

I would be very excited to participate as a consumer in a CSA here in Northwest Ohio! Of particular interest would be certified organic, but any locally grown/raised/produced food products would be welcome.
